Help women build what's next
The Welcome PDX runs on the time, skill, and heart of our volunteers. Whether you love to teach, write, build, or simply show up — there's a place for you here.
Why volunteer with The Welcome PDX?
Our programs exist because people like you are willing to share what they know — a skill, a craft, an hour of your week. Every volunteer role directly supports a woman building a business, finishing a book, learning a craft, or simply finding a community to lean on.
What you'll get out of it
Real community
Join a small, tight-knit group of people who care deeply about the women we serve.
Use what you know
Teach a skill, share a craft, or lend professional expertise — your time is put to direct use.
See the impact
Watch participants finish a book, launch a business, or complete a product — because you helped make it possible.
Flexible involvement
From a one-time workshop to an ongoing weekly role, we'll work with your schedule.
